Grandma Left Me A Building - Prologue

About the game

A cozy apartment management sim where you restore the ruined building your grandma left you. Find tenants, collect rent, upgrade the place. But don't make the mistake of having a midnight guitar-shredding elf and a philosophy-lecturing yeti as neighbors. Endless requests, sweet chaos await.
